Ahoj, zase mi nejede web

a nevím, čím to je. Něco to píše asi o DOCTYPE, ale já si nejsem jistej. Pls poradíte?

Jak tak koukám na validátor, píše to tohle:

The DOCTYPE Declaration was not recognized or is missing. This probably means that the Formal Public Identifier contains a spelling error, or that the Declaration is not using correct syntax, or that your document is not using a DOCTYPE Declaration.

takže něco o doctype, UTF-8 kodovani a Parse Mode.. Ale ať se na DOCTYPE u sebe koukam, tak po úpravaách to nic nedělá. Včera jsem si na web nahrál plugin NextGen Gallery, nahrá fotky, všechno... Ok, šlo to.
Dnes odpoledne jsem tam nějaké chtěl dát ale nezobrazoval se náhedl, tak jsem je smazal. Pak to šlo. Potom jsem šel ven a když se vrátím a podívám se, nejde to. Díval jsem se poprvé když jsem přišel z venku asi okolo 18:45.
Opravdu nevíte, proč se zobrazuje pouze reklama endory a ne obsah webu?
